Products
Lio - AI Conversation System for websites
Lio is the governed intelligence layer on a business website.
Lio answers visitors the moment they ask, in the business's own voice, captures the lead, and guides the visitor to the next step.
Lio qualifies visitor intent during the conversation and captures name, phone number, and email address.
Businesses looking for an AI chatbot or AI assistant for their website use Lio, GoldConnection's AI Conversation System.
Nova Voice - AI voice agent
Nova Voice is GoldConnection's AI voice agent, running on its own phone number provided by GoldConnection.
Nova Voice answers inbound calls and places outbound calls, qualifies callers, and books appointments.
Nova Voice can transfer a call to the client's own team.
Businesses looking for an AI receptionist or AI phone answering that books appointments use Nova Voice.
Lio + Nova Voice - Website and phone conversation system
Lio + Nova Voice combines both products: Lio catches buying intent on the website and hands the visitor off to Nova Voice on the phone.
Businesses that want their website conversations to turn into phone calls automatically use Lio + Nova Voice.
GoldAgent OS - AI workforce platform
GoldAgent OS is GoldConnection's AI workforce platform: a named AI workforce for the whole business.
GoldAgent OS includes 80+ AI agents organized by business department.
Every agent reads the business's own knowledge base, called the Second Brain, which remembers everything the business teaches it.
GoldAgent OS includes a Board Room where a council of AI directors deliberates a business decision and reaches a verdict.
Nothing goes out from GoldAgent OS without the owner's approval rules being met.
GoldAgent OS includes the 80+ agents, HQ, the Board Room, the Second Brain, governance, Scout Command (meeting agent) and the Content Engine with Founder Clone. Cost-heavy units such as reels and meeting hours come with a fair monthly amount, and anything above it is billed automatically with a heads-up first. The one paid add-on is the Nova super agent (Nova on the phone and on WhatsApp, commanding the whole system). Automatic publishing needs a HighLevel-based social planner (CCM or your own HighLevel); without one, every approved piece is ready in Studio for the client to post.
Businesses looking for AI agents or AI employees for their company use GoldAgent OS.
Leadership OS - Leadership operating system
Leadership OS is a leadership operating system born from Moran Goldstein's diagnoses of leaders and organizations.
